Experience the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi for Arthritis with Community Captain Crysty. This low-impact exercise is designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being while reducing joint pain and stiffness. Tai Chi is a mindful practice that promotes relaxation and strength, making it perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

What to Expect:

• A gentle, guided Tai Chi session focused on arthritis-friendly movements
• Improved balance, flexibility, and relaxation
• A supportive and welcoming environment for all fitness levels

How to Prepare:

• Wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes
• Bring water to stay hydrated
• No experience needed—just come ready to move and relax!

Please do not attend programs if you are not feeling well. https://rpb.li/rNo  Regarding Community Captain Programs and groups of children: All Active SWV Community Captain programs are family friendly; children are invited to attend with the expectation of a parent/guardian ratio of 1 guardian adult to 5 children.
