Virtual Event/ Not in person. Set your resolution this year to increase your steps. This challenge will offer weekly healthy tips through email or text. You will have easy tracking to enter your weekly minutes to reach the goal of walking 3 days a week or at least 150 minutes a week. Join with your friends and family or make it a workplace challenge! Starting January 6th through February 14th, you can start your year off on the right foot. This challenge will follow the evidenced based Walk With Ease program from the Arthritis Foundation. https://www.arthritis.org/health-wellness/healthy-living/physical-activity/walking/walk-with-ease The first 50 completers of the challenge will receive a custom pin mailed the week of Feb. 17th.
