Location: New River Convention Center Address: 497 Mall Rd, Oak Hill, WV 25901, Fayette County Community Captains / Instructors: Crysty & Tara When: Thursdays at 6:00 PM About This Event: Join instructors Crysty and Tara for REFIT®, a high-energy, music-led group fitness experience designed to strengthen the body and uplift the spirit. These classes are friendly, accessible, and welcoming to beginners and returning participants alike. What to Expect: • A rhythmic, full-body workout set to upbeat music • Modifications available for all fitness levels • A supportive and encouraging class community How to Prepare: • Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes • Bring water and a towel • No fitness or dance experience needed — just show up and move Registration to any Active SWV free programming indicates acceptance of our liability waiver for every adult and child attending. It is our expectation for larger groups of children (e.g., Scouts, youth groups, etc.) that an adult-to-child ratio of 1 adult to 5 children be observed in ages 5 and under, and 1 adult to 10 children be observed for ages 5 and above.
