Join Community Captain Mary for a walking and exercise group at the Diana Community Center! This group is a great way to stay active, socialize, and enjoy movement in a supportive community. Whether you're looking for light exercise or a brisk walk, this group welcomes all fitness levels.

What to Expect:

• A group walk and light exercise session for all abilities
• A friendly and encouraging atmosphere
• A chance to connect with others while staying active

How to Prepare:

• Wear comfortable walking shoes and activewear
• Bring water to stay hydrated
