Join Community Captains Crysty and Billie for a fun and engaging Chair Fitness class! This low-impact workout is perfect for improving strength, flexibility, and mobility—all while seated or using a chair for support. Whether you're new to exercise or looking for a gentle way to stay active, this class is for you!

What to Expect:

• A guided Chair Fitness session suitable for all abilities
• Exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and balance
• A friendly and supportive environment

How to Prepare:

• Wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes
• Bring water to stay hydrated
• No experience needed—just come ready to move!

Please do not attend programs if you are not feeling well. https://rpb.li/rNo  Regarding Community Captain Programs and groups of children: All Active SWV Community Captain programs are family friendly; children are invited to attend with the expectation of a parent/guardian ratio of 1 guardian adult to 5 children.
