Experience the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi for Arthritis with Community Captain Teresa. This low-impact exercise is designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being while reducing joint pain and stiffness. Tai Chi is a mindful practice that promotes relaxation and strength, making it perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

What to Expect:

• A gentle, guided Tai Chi session focused on arthritis-friendly movements
• Improved balance, flexibility, and relaxation
• A supportive and welcoming environment for all fitness levels

How to Prepare:

• Wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes
• Bring water to stay hydrated
• No experience needed—just come ready to move and relax!

Registration to any Active SWV free programming indicates acceptance of our liability waiver for every adult and child attending. Please do not attend programs if you are not feeling well. https://rpb.li/rNo    Regarding Community Captain Programs and groups of children: All Active SWV Community Captain programs are family friendly; children are invited to attend with the expectation of a parent/guardian ratio of 1 guardian adult to 5 children.
