Location: Needleseye Park Community Captain: Josh Sapio When: Friday, June 12th at 6:00 PM About This Event: Join Community Captain Josh Sapio for an evening hike at Needleseye Park! This scenic area offers a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, explore local trails, and connect with others in the community while staying active. Evening hikes are a perfect way to unwind, enjoy cooler temperatures, and take in the beauty of the forest. What to Expect: • A guided group hike through wooded park trails • A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for hikers of all levels • Opportunities to enjoy scenic views and fresh air How to Prepare: • Wear sturdy hiking shoes or trail shoes • Bring water and dress for the weather • Bug spray recommended for evening conditions • Arrive a few minutes early for check-in and group instructions Registration to any Active SWV free programming indicates acceptance of our liability waiver for every adult and child attending. It is our expectation for larger groups of children (e.g. Scouts, youth groups, etc), that an adult to child ratio of 1 adult to 5 children be observed in ages 5 and under, and 1 adult to 10 children be observed for ages 5 and above.
