About This Event: Get ready to move and have fun with High Fitness, a FREE and energizing workout powered by Active SWV! This high-energy aerobics class blends interval training with pop music and easy-to-follow routines, making fitness both effective and enjoyable. High Fitness is designed for all levels—whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, you can modify the movements to suit your needs.
What to Expect: • A fun, music-driven workout combining cardio peaks and toning tracks • A supportive and welcoming environment for all fitness levels • No equipment needed—just bring yourself and be ready to move!

Regarding Community Captain Programs and groups of children: All Active SWV Community Captain programs are family friendly; children are invited to attend with the expectation of a parent/guardian ratio of 1 guardian adult to 5 children.
