Join Community Captain Jamie Carrier for a welcoming and energizing walking group! Walking is a great way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with others in the community.

What to Expect:

• A relaxed, social walking group for all fitness levels
• A chance to explore the park and enjoy fresh air
• A supportive and inclusive environment—everyone is welcome!

How to Prepare:

• Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing
• Bring water to stay hydrated
• Walk at your own pace—no experience needed!

Registration to any Active SWV free programming indicates acceptance of our liability waiver for every adult and child attending. Please do not attend programs if you are not feeling well. https://rpb.li/rNo  Regarding Community Captain Programs and groups of children: All Active SWV Community Captain programs are family friendly; children are invited to attend with the expectation of a parent/guardian ratio of 1 guardian adult to 5 children.
