This class focuses on gentle movement to improve flexibility, balance, and strength—perfect for beginners or anyone looking to move more mindfully. What to Expect: • A low-impact, beginner-friendly movement class • Focus on mobility, posture, and body awareness • A supportive and welcoming environment How to Prepare: • Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing • Yoga mats will be provided (bring your own if preferred) • Bring water and a willingness to move and feel better Registration to any Active SWV free programming indicates acceptance of our liability waiver for every adult and child attending. It is our expectation for larger groups of children (e.g. Scouts, youth groups, etc), that an adult to child ratio of 1 adult to 5 children be observed in ages 5 and under, and 1 adult to 10 children be observed for ages 5 and above.
