When: Tuesdays at 7 PM

About This Event:

Join Community Captain Mary for a new walking group in Fayetteville! This weekly town loop walk is a great way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with others. Mary will also incorporate Mindful Walking techniques to help you feel more present and relaxed as you move.

What to Expect:

• A guided town loop walk at a comfortable pace
• Mindful Walking techniques to enhance relaxation and awareness
• A welcoming and supportive group atmosphere

How to Prepare:

• Wear comfortable walking shoes
• Bring water to stay hydrated
• No experience needed—just come ready to enjoy the walk!

Registration to any Active SWV free programming indicates acceptance of our liability waiver for every adult and child attending. Please do not attend programs if you are not feeling well. https://rpb.li/rNo    Regarding Community Captain Programs and groups of children: All Active SWV Community Captain programs are family friendly; children are invited to attend with the expectation of a parent/guardian ratio of 1 guardian adult to 5 children.
