This beginner-friendly class focuses on core strength\, flexibility\, and mindful movement\, all in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.\n\nWhat to Expect:\n• A 45–60 minute Pilates session suitable for all fitness levels\n• Guidance on posture\, breathing\, and controlled movement\n• A peaceful outdoor setting perfect for mind-body connection\n\nHow to Prepare:\n• Bring a yoga mat or towel\n• Wear comfortable\, stretchy clothing\n• Bring water and sunscreen\n• No experience needed—just come ready to move and breathe\n\nRegistration to any Active SWV free programming indicates acceptance of our liability waiver for every adult and child attending. Please do not attend programs if you are not feeling well. https://rpb.li/rNo  Regarding Community Captain Programs and groups of children: All Active SWV Community Captain programs are family friendly\; children are invited to attend with the expectation of a parent/guardian ratio of 1 guardian adult to 5 children. It is our expectation for larger groups of children (e.g. Scouts\, youth groups\, etc)\, that an adult to child ratio of 1 adult to 5 children be observed in ages 5 and under\, and 1 adult to 10 children be observed for ages 5 and above.
