Location: Little Beaver State Park - Beaver Creek Trail - park in the small wooded parking lot near Rhododendron Run Trailhead/the wooden bridge at the back of the park Community Captain: Emily When: 11 am About This Event: Short relatively easy trail, approximately 1.7 miles total walking along Beaver Creek. Beginners welcome. What to Expect: • Pace will be set by the group • Out and back trail, could be muddy/exposed roots possible • Beautiful wooded trail alongside a creek! How to Prepare: • Wear appropriate footwear, conditions could be wet • Dress for the weather, don't forget sunscreen • Bring Water Questions? Contact hello@activeswv.com with any questions. Regarding Community Captain Programs and groups of children: All Active SWV Community Captain programs are family friendly; children are invited to attend with the expectation of a parent/guardian ratio of 1 guardian adult to 5 children.
