Location: Grandview Park Amphitheater/Stage Address: Grandview Rd, Beaver, WV 25813, Raleigh County (New River Gorge National Park and Preserve) Community Captains: Michelle, Cassie, Alicia, Amber, Jennifer, Allonna When: June 7th at 9:00 AM About This Event: Join Community Captains Michelle, Cassie, Alicia, Amber, Jennifer, and Allonna for a REFIT® in the Park pop-up event! This outdoor group fitness experience combines high-energy music, fun choreography, and a welcoming community to help you move your body and lift your spirit. All fitness levels are encouraged to join—no experience necessary! What to Expect: • A music-driven, full-body workout in a beautiful park setting • A positive, judgment-free atmosphere • Movements that can be easily modified for all fitness levels How to Prepare: • Wear breathable workout clothing and supportive shoes • Bring water and sunscreen • Bring a towel or yoga mat if you’d like to cool down or stretch afterward Registration to any Active SWV free programming indicates acceptance of our liability waiver for every adult and child attending. Please do not attend programs if you are not feeling well. https://rpb.li/rNo Regarding Community Captain Programs and groups of children: All Active SWV Community Captain programs are family friendly; children are invited to attend with the expectation of a parent/guardian ratio of 1 guardian adult to 5 children. It is our expectation for larger groups of children (e.g. Scouts, youth groups, etc), that an adult to child ratio of 1 adult to 5 children be observed in ages 5 and under, and 1 adult to 10 children be observed for ages 5 and above.
