Wednesday, July 16th at 7am Description: Avoid the afternoon heat and join Community Captain Sam Nygaard for a 60-minute morning group ride on the Kanawha Blvd Bike Path on the seat of your very own bicycle. Meet at the top of Magic Island park (101 Kanawha Blvd. West, Charleston, WV 25301) at 7am. Remember to bring your own bike and don't forget your helmet and water! This event is free, family-friendly and welcome to all. Please do not attend programs if you are not feeling well. https://rpb.li/rNo Regarding Community Captain Programs and groups of children: All Active SWV Community Captain programs are family friendly; children are invited to attend with the expectation of a parent/guardian ratio of 1 guardian adult to 5 children. It is our expectation for larger groups of children (e.g. Scouts, youth groups, etc), that an adult to child ratio of 1 adult to 5 children be observed in ages 5 and under, and 1 adult to 10 children be observed for ages 5 and above.
