About This Event:
Join Community Captain Jess Bryzek for a free weekly yoga and meditation series at the scenic Valley Falls State Park. This gentle flow is perfect for all levels—even if you're brand new to yoga. Unwind to the sounds of the falls and the peacefulness of nature as you move through breath and posture.
What to Expect:
• A calming, beginner-friendly yoga and meditation session
• A welcoming environment open to all ages and abilities
• A beautiful outdoor setting to enhance your mindfulness
How to Prepare:
• Bring a yoga mat or towel
• Dress in comfortable, stretchy clothing
• Consider bug spray and a water bottle
• Come early to find your spot and settle in

Drive down Valley Falls Rd. park in the large parking area by the Falls, walk across the small bridge over the railroad tracks, and we will be in the green space by the falls
