Virtual Event/ Not in person. Increase your steps this spring with our Virtual Spring Walking Challenge! This challenge will offer weekly healthy tips through email or text. You will have easy tracking to enter your weekly minutes to reach the goal of walking 3 days a week or at least 150 minutes a week. Join with your friends and family or make it a workplace challenge! Starting May 15, 2026 - June 26, 2026, you can start this spring on the right foot. This challenge will follow the evidenced based Walk With Ease program from the Arthritis Foundation. https://www.arthritis.org/health-wellness/healthy-living/physical-activity/walking/walk-with-ease The first 50 completers of the challenge will receive West Virginia charm mailed the week of June 26th.
